How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@mansculpt.com with the subject line REFUND and your order number. We process refund requests within 48 hours.

Eligibility

• Your order must have been placed within the last 365 days.
• The product must be in resellable condition (it can be opened — we know you need to actually try it).
• You will receive a return shipping label by email.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to display the refund on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days. We will ship a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
